![]() RGT certainly has made it hard for themselves with the two device requirement. I think this is the only app I have ever bought a subscription for that way! The RGT cycling Facebook group is the one place I have found to get questions answered if you run into problems ( ), and it is rather annoying that if you want to pay for RGT you have to go through the Apple Store or Google store, since they don't have their own payment system. I am able to connect my dual-ANT+/BT cadence sensor, dual-ANT+/BT HRM and KICKR Core via the screen app on the PC via ANT+, and if I did not have the ANT+ dongle, I would also be able to use BT connections for the same sensors via the iphone. Though don't quite understand what you mean about no cadence sensor or HRM connection support. It can be either the screen or the controller, but not both at the same time! Even an ipad is not an all in one device. I have a PC (with an ANT+ dongle), and an iphone, so I use the PC as my RGT screen, and the phone as a controller. i think i am going to see what it takes to do that and add a little magic to my app.Yeah. i am a firmware engineer and know nothing about programming graphics. but i really like the idea of their "magic road" idea. It is little things like this that made me write my own app. maybe all in one on an iPad but i don't have one. must use both a PC application and a smart phone application. there were free aspects of it but i was dissapointed with a few things like no support for a cadence sensor, no support for a heart rate monitor. i'm sure it would work but did not get past the CC info. i think i am going to see what it takes to do that and add a little magic to my app. ![]() Here is a race I did on someone's Magic Road of the South Yarra Crit course (the course is around a park in Melbourne) - It is not the most exciting terrain, but I assume they will continue to improve the look of the procedurally generated world. Making your own Magic Roads is a pay feature, but you can join events other people put on for free. If you are looking for a platform that can take gpx files and turn them into a virtual world, RGT can do that with their Magic Roads v2. That way zwift gets the power number from the trainer, but the Bolt should control the resistance. QComboBox is not visible when not needed, just like "Select Date.".I can't comment on using a Bolt to control a trainer, but if you want zwift visuals just connect the trainer for power in the zwift pairing screen but NOT controllable. Two options are because Route names are not obtained the same way. If you don't select any option "Route" field will not be populated. Here is extra QComboBox in which you need to select one of the options to populate "Route" field. But adding extra info for better transparency is the way to go. Can also be useful for ERG files even tho they don't have "route". ![]() And if you have Workout files in Train view, that are named by routes, it can populate "Route" field when workout is saved. So if you're importing multiple files and file names are route names, it can be useful to use this feature to populate "Route" field on import (for all files/imports). I often do two workouts consecutively, so why do extra work by editing activities if it can be automated. For both multiple files import and when saving Train workouts. Since i have "Route" column in Activities list in Activities view, this feature can be very useful. It works for both, "Activity->Import from file" and for Train view workouts. I just made last tests for this feature in my build.
